Is scotland the most violent?

Im British though not Scottish rather im Welsh, and im very offended by what you say. No the population of scotland is not gay, there are no more gay people there than anywhere else. And it is America which is the most violent country in the developed world, with a crazy high number of murderers relative to the size of population. But yes there are Scottish people who like to fight, i guess because like the Welsh they have historically been a fierce celtic people, who have lived in one of the wilder parts of Britain, and who have spent much of their history fighting English.
