Jehovah's Witnesses and others, can you please explain the ideal, concept or understanding of this statement?

Why would God cause confusion in His true channel by this means? He wouldn't. If the Watchtower was truly the only way to God then none of this would be of discussion. None of these answers are sufficient. The JW seem to think all churches teach "its God's mystery" when they cannot answer (which btw I have not heard in a sermon) a scriptural question. The answer given for failed prophecy by the Watchtower is in the exact vein of thought. Just adjust your thinking? No way would a JW or anyone accept that is a real answer.
