Can Young Earth Creationist Christians cite any scientific articles in support of their position which were...?

I don't see the point. Who says creation can't happen at the same time as the Big Bang Theory? The bible itself doesn't come out and say that the world is 6,000 years old. That's what some interpret. The bible does say that to God one day is like one thousand years. Meaning, some things in the bible might have much bigger of a time span than non-believers try and point out. Science doesn't contradict the bible, in fact. Science is one of the bible's biggest allies, never disproving it according to all of the archaeologists, historians, and scientists on the subject.
