CHEST PAINS! PLEASE HELP!?

Okay, so i have been getting some chest pains on my left side kind of under neath my breast. And its not really sharp pains, but its like someones pushing against it from the inside. I Honestly can't describe the pain. But its sort of hurts. And my lungs have been hurting really bad when i take deep breaths or just breath in general. And out of know where i will get like sharp stabbing pains in my back. And sometimes i will have body aches or feel dizzy. I do not know what it is, and it hurts really back. I really hope that somebody can give me some advice on what to do, or what it might be. Please and thank you (:
