Christians.... is this true?

The general idea of that list is pretty preposterous just based on the simple fact that a husband is supposed to put his wife's needs above his own and be willing to even lay down his life for her. A woman is not going to be in a position of servitude or giving up her dreams in the Biblical ideal of womanhood. Far from it, she would have someone alongside her to reach for those dreams together in mutual love and respect. Sounds better than most civilizations' practical application of marriage throughout history.
