Do i have a wee infection?

it hurts to pee like a stabbing burning sensation! it does not smell, it is slightly cloudy i have had this for about week now and the pain has worsened, about 4 months ago i was admitted to hospital with a kidney infection, but this time my lower back shows no sign of pain, could this just be a UTI?
