Dream Interpretation? [Serial Killer]?

About three months ago, I got raped by one of my friends. It's been hard dealing with police and stuff, and I've been depressed for a long time. Last night, I was talking about it with my uncle and my best friend and one of his friends. We were just talking about how it's okay for me to talk about it with them, so I feel better and stuff like that. There's more, but I don't feel like typing all of it. Anyway, about the dream. I went to bed last night thinking of our earlier conversation, and I had a dream that Thomas (the guy who raped me) was a serial killer and he was in my room. I remember that for some reason my dream turned black and white, and started looking grainy like they sometimes do in movies, if you know what I'm talking about? In my dream I saw Thomas slowly walking towards me from the hall going into my room, and I couldn't really see physical features, it was just a black silhouette of him. But he was walking towards me slowly holding a knife and the next thing I know I'm being stabbed by him all over my body. The weird thing was that I could actually feel myself being stabbed, even after I woke up. I don't know what this means, and it kinda freaks me out. Can anyone explain it to me?
