Is it inappropriate to go and play some soft music with my guitar by the scene of a murder?

2 days ago a 21 year old was stabbed to death in my area, there's been lots of kids dying because of stabbings and stuff. I was going to go out with my guitar and play some really soft music, many have credited me for playing beautiful music. Not for my own gain of course, I won't be looking for anything, just maybe acompany some mourners and people there paying tributes. What do you think?
